And for three consecutive years Iworked as a member of the English association in our school. My business English writing is good， and I have a brief English teaching experience.In class， I encourage students to voice their opinions and to approach to the way of learning English， because I think that learning is a kind of personalized process. Everyone should become a critical thinker in my class， I want to be a good teacher in the true sense . I am not the traditional teacher. I believe in my classroom English teaching reform.

　　My name is Andy. I am from Zhejiang province, which is a beautiful and near Shanghai.

　　When I was a little boy, I dreamed of becoming an engineer just like my idol Mark Zakerbug, the founder of facebook.

　　However, I found that I didn't learn much practical knowledge but only the book knowledge from my colleague in the four years. Back to my past years, I realized that at the very beginning, I was confused with my future, and I always asked myself: What can I do after graduation? Which kind of job suits me well? While, the confusion was ended by an Indian movie called 'three idiots'. I was shocked by the movie. I was moved and inspired by one sentence: Pursing excellence, success will purse you!

　　Then I decided planned to enter tarena , an IT training class last year.

　　I learnt a lot of Java and made lots of friends who shared similar ideas towards future and life.

　　In tarena, I learned much knowledge about java, the use of database, such as Oracle and MySql and so on.
