A: Import-export commodity inspection should be done on the basis of human health and safety . the life or heath of fauna and flora. environmental protection and public safety and prevent fraud.
B：進出口商品檢驗應(yīng)當(dāng)基于保護人類健康和安全、保護動物或者植物的生命和健康、保護環(huán)境、防止欺詐行為、維護國家安全而進行。
B:What will be done to the disqualified commodities?
A:不合格商品該怎樣處理?
A: Imported commodities which do not go through the inspection formality are not allowed to sell or use; exported commodities which prove to be disqualified in the process of inspection are forbidden to be exporled.
B:進口商品未經(jīng)檢驗的，不準(zhǔn)銷售、使用出口商品未經(jīng)檢驗合格的，不準(zhǔn)出口。
