  教學(xué)目標(biāo):

  From a middle class family, I was born in Hsin Ying, Tainan on October 10th, 1965. My father is a civil official at Tainan City Government. My mother is a house wife good at cooking.   在口語(yǔ)交際《自我介紹》這節(jié)課的教學(xué)中,我教學(xué)經(jīng)驗(yàn)不足,所以在這節(jié)課的主要目標(biāo)是讓學(xué)生開(kāi)口說(shuō),敢于說(shuō),在這節(jié)課的教學(xué)中我做到以下幾個(gè)方面:

  一、營(yíng)造愉悅的教學(xué)環(huán)境,鼓舞學(xué)生發(fā)言

  努力營(yíng)造一個(gè)寬松的學(xué)習(xí)環(huán)境,是促使學(xué)生主動(dòng)發(fā)展的必要條件。其實(shí)不管哪一年級(jí)的學(xué)生都需要寓教于樂(lè)的心理特征。因此,我在導(dǎo)入新課時(shí),我首先運(yùn)用讓學(xué)生“自我推薦”這一教學(xué)環(huán)節(jié),既創(chuàng)設(shè)了情境又激發(fā)了學(xué)生興趣,使學(xué)生敢于發(fā)言,展現(xiàn)自己。教學(xué)效果是明顯的,也能達(dá)到預(yù)期的目的。

  二、結(jié)合學(xué)生實(shí)際,培養(yǎng)創(chuàng)新、合作意識(shí)

  根據(jù)學(xué)生的認(rèn)知特點(diǎn),課堂教學(xué)不再僅僅是老師傳授知識(shí)的過(guò)程,也需要聯(lián)系學(xué)生的學(xué)習(xí)實(shí)際,培養(yǎng)創(chuàng)新、合作意識(shí),在設(shè)計(jì)“授之以漁”這一教學(xué)環(huán)節(jié),我采取了范文賞析和方法指導(dǎo)相結(jié)合,在教學(xué)中,我注意聯(lián)系學(xué)生的學(xué)習(xí)實(shí)際,我讓他們借鑒小學(xué)生和中學(xué)生的自我介紹范文。然后我再與學(xué)生探討了自我介紹要抓住特征,要有典型性,要突出人物的個(gè)性特征,還可借助于適當(dāng)?shù)拿鑼?xiě)方法和比喻等知識(shí)。所以當(dāng)學(xué)生在做自我介紹時(shí)就胸有成竹了,知道該如何介紹才能把自身的特點(diǎn)講出來(lái),如何介紹才能更吸引人?傮w來(lái)說(shuō),因?yàn)橛辛恕笆谥詽O”這一教學(xué)環(huán)節(jié)的鋪墊,下面的“臨淵垂釣”這部分的教學(xué)就水到渠成了,學(xué)生個(gè)個(gè)才思泉涌,積極參與,充分展示自我,快樂(lè)地體驗(yàn)、認(rèn)識(shí)他人,我想這是跟說(shuō)自己有關(guān),哪個(gè)孩子能不熟悉自己呢?當(dāng)然這也是在于貼緊學(xué)生的學(xué)習(xí)實(shí)際,大大調(diào)動(dòng)了學(xué)生的積極性,活躍了課堂氣氛,學(xué)生的個(gè)性也得到充分的發(fā)展,培養(yǎng)了他們的創(chuàng)新能力及合作意識(shí)。

  總之,在這堂課上學(xué)生主體地位體現(xiàn)明顯,參與率較高,結(jié)構(gòu)清晰,問(wèn)題設(shè)計(jì)有針對(duì)性,當(dāng)然再成功的課也會(huì)存在其不足之處:一是課堂調(diào)控能力還不夠強(qiáng)。由于本節(jié)課的重要要環(huán)節(jié)在于學(xué)生口語(yǔ)的交流和體驗(yàn),學(xué)生的積極性得到了充分的調(diào)動(dòng),但同時(shí)也帶來(lái)了一些不好的現(xiàn)象。如在實(shí)踐體驗(yàn)時(shí),下面的學(xué)生就著急為臺(tái)上的同學(xué)作提示,不能很好地遵守體驗(yàn)規(guī)則,有的卻膽小的不敢上臺(tái)。二是在課堂流程和重點(diǎn)環(huán)節(jié)還需要進(jìn)行錘煉,由于學(xué)生的準(zhǔn)備還不夠充分,使得課堂流程不夠流暢。

  今后在教學(xué)中我還得多關(guān)注學(xué)生的學(xué)情,要及時(shí)調(diào)整了教學(xué)方案讓自己的教學(xué),多向前輩學(xué)習(xí)教學(xué)經(jīng)驗(yàn),在教學(xué)過(guò)程中摸索能讓學(xué)生感興趣、學(xué)到知識(shí)的方法,使學(xué)生能輕松的掌握知識(shí)。

I am graduating from Jilin Normal University this June. I major in Chinese literature. I am 20 years old,born in Guangdong province, south of China, and I am a senior student at Guangdong University. My major is English.   In the past four years, I spent most of my time on study. I passed CET4 and CET6 with a ease and acquired basic theoretical and practical knowledge of Language.
