　　The Graduate Trainee Program is designed as a program to attract talent to the organization to meet its future growing needs. 　　三、招聘崗位

　　(一)POSITIONS FOR GRADUATE TRAINEE PROGRAM

　　We provide graduate trainee positions on Commercial Track, Operations Track, Industrial Track and Financial Track to graduates in this program, starting from July 2015, lasting for 12 months.

　　我們?yōu)閼?yīng)屆畢業(yè)生提供商業(yè)培訓(xùn)生、運(yùn)營(yíng)培訓(xùn)生、工業(yè)培訓(xùn)生和財(cái)務(wù)培訓(xùn)生等崗位。項(xiàng)目從2015年7月開(kāi)始，為期12個(gè)月。

　　(二)COMMERCIAL TRACK 商業(yè)培訓(xùn)生

　　為了向這家超過(guò)160年歷史的世界500強(qiáng)跨國(guó)貿(mào)易公司的核心業(yè)務(wù)團(tuán)隊(duì)持續(xù)輸送優(yōu)秀人才，商業(yè)培訓(xùn)生將在12個(gè)月的時(shí)間里，在包括現(xiàn)貨期貨交易、產(chǎn)品和市場(chǎng)分析、市場(chǎng)、物流、采購(gòu)以及合同執(zhí)行等方面接受全面和系統(tǒng)性的培訓(xùn)。在經(jīng)過(guò)數(shù)月的培訓(xùn)和評(píng)估后，商業(yè)培訓(xùn)生將被分配在適合自己發(fā)展的職位上。即使在其后2到4年的時(shí)間里，您仍有機(jī)會(huì)在其他的職位上輪崗。

　　參考專(zhuān)業(yè)(原則上不限專(zhuān)業(yè))：國(guó)際貿(mào)易、經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)、數(shù)學(xué)、統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)、金融學(xué)、管理類(lèi)或其他專(zhuān)業(yè)。

　　工作地點(diǎn)：北京，上�；蚬究赡馨才诺钠渌攸c(diǎn)。

　　(三)OPERATIONS TRACK 運(yùn)營(yíng)培訓(xùn)生

　　物流和商務(wù)執(zhí)行是公司運(yùn)營(yíng)的重要基礎(chǔ)和保障，是將"Transaction"轉(zhuǎn)化為"Cash"的關(guān)鍵環(huán)節(jié)。運(yùn)營(yíng)培訓(xùn)生將在公司的上述兩個(gè)部門(mén)接受系統(tǒng)性培訓(xùn)，并有機(jī)會(huì)全面了解公司各業(yè)務(wù)平臺(tái)的知識(shí)和運(yùn)營(yíng)模式。

　　參考專(zhuān)業(yè)：國(guó)際經(jīng)濟(jì)與貿(mào)易、經(jīng)濟(jì)管理、物流管理，以及其他經(jīng)濟(jì)或貿(mào)易類(lèi)專(zhuān)業(yè)。

　　工作地點(diǎn)：北京或公司可能安排的其他地點(diǎn)。

　　(四)INDUSTRIAL TRACK 工業(yè)培訓(xùn)生

　　工業(yè)培訓(xùn)生將在公司下屬的油脂壓榨廠輪崗。通過(guò)系統(tǒng)性地學(xué)習(xí)工廠生產(chǎn)經(jīng)營(yíng)中各個(gè)部門(mén)和環(huán)節(jié)的知識(shí)，讓一名應(yīng)屆畢業(yè)生初步具備成為未來(lái)工廠管理人員的能力。

　　參考專(zhuān)業(yè)：油脂工程、食品科學(xué)與工程、機(jī)械和自動(dòng)化、機(jī)電一體化、環(huán)境和安全類(lèi)或其他相關(guān)專(zhuān)業(yè)。

　　工作地點(diǎn)：河北霸州，江蘇張家港，廣東東莞或公司可能安排的其他地點(diǎn)。

　　(五)FINANCIAL TRACK 財(cái)務(wù)培訓(xùn)生

　　財(cái)務(wù)部全面負(fù)責(zé)這家跨國(guó)貿(mào)易公司運(yùn)營(yíng)所涉及的會(huì)計(jì)、稅務(wù)、信用審查、資金管理、財(cái)務(wù)及營(yíng)運(yùn)控制等方面的工作。作為財(cái)務(wù)培訓(xùn)生，將廣泛接觸財(cái)務(wù)部上述各個(gè)領(lǐng)域的工作，詳細(xì)了解每一個(gè)組成部分的工作內(nèi)容，讓一名應(yīng)屆畢業(yè)生初步具備成為未來(lái)財(cái)務(wù)管理人員的能力。

　　參考專(zhuān)業(yè)：會(huì)計(jì)學(xué)、財(cái)務(wù)學(xué)、金融學(xué)、統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)、經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)或其他相關(guān)專(zhuān)業(yè).
