大家好！很榮幸能在這里和大家交流、匯報(bào)，但本人水平有限，有不當(dāng)之處，敬請各位領(lǐng)導(dǎo)和老師批評指正。
對于英語，我是個門外漢，沒有接受過系統(tǒng)的課程培訓(xùn)，底子也很薄，所以剛開始接三個班的英語教學(xué)工作時，我感到壓力很大，真的有點(diǎn)無從著手，盡管自己起早貪黑，忙忙碌碌的做了大量的工作，但效果不佳，同學(xué)們的成績也不理想。付出與收獲不成正比，當(dāng)時我非常的苦惱，但學(xué)校英語教師緊缺，我也只好迎難而上了。
痛定思痛，我對自己做了深刻的反思，并從以下幾個方面改進(jìn)、開展教育教學(xué)工作。
一、通過各種渠道提升自己的英語教學(xué)水平。
學(xué)校趙校長高度重視本校英語教學(xué)，針對本校英語教師都由非專業(yè)教師擔(dān)任的現(xiàn)狀，他每學(xué)期都會想辦法創(chuàng)造機(jī)會讓我們英語組的教師走出去，觀摩、學(xué)習(xí)優(yōu)秀教師的展示課，專家教師的講座、培訓(xùn)等，耳濡目染，輸入先進(jìn)的教學(xué)方法和教育理念。每位教師每學(xué)期至少上一節(jié)公開課，開誠布公，取長補(bǔ)短，共同提高。
盡管本校英語教師都由非專業(yè)教師擔(dān)任，但我校英語組是一
個精誠合作、銳意進(jìn)取的團(tuán)隊(duì)。在教學(xué)中遇到的困惑我們都會查閱各種資料并及時的進(jìn)行交流、探討，資源共享，以保證自己的教學(xué)準(zhǔn)確、高效、融會貫通。
二、優(yōu)化方法，關(guān)注教學(xué)過程。
1.Let’slearn教學(xué)。
從教材的編排順序看，每部分Let’slearn之前都有兩組課前熱身的內(nèi)容，我讓同學(xué)們利用熟悉的句型學(xué)習(xí)與此句型相關(guān)的新詞匯，盡量做到“詞不離句，句不離境”的教學(xué)理念。如六年級上冊第一單元在學(xué)習(xí)日�；顒佣陶Z之前，第一組熱身以Whatdoyoudoeveryday?復(fù)習(xí)以前學(xué)習(xí)過的短語。第二組熱身以Whattimedoyouusuallydosomething?復(fù)習(xí)時間的表達(dá)方法。做了充分的鋪墊之后，新詞匯的學(xué)習(xí)就輕松多了。在學(xué)習(xí)新詞匯的過程中，我采用的方法主要有；（1)利用實(shí)物、圖片、表情、動作、多媒體課件等教學(xué)詞匯。（2）利用Listenanddo活動，鞏固操練詞匯。這種方法主要適用于動詞及動詞短語以及能形象表達(dá)的詞匯。（3）滲透語音教學(xué)。通過大量的練習(xí)與積累，讓學(xué)生掌握常見字母及字母組合在單詞中的發(fā)音規(guī)律，基本做到見詞能讀，聽音能寫。
2.Let’stalk及Let’slearnmore教學(xué).
對話是小學(xué)英語教學(xué)的重點(diǎn)之一，是融入核心句型和詞匯的一個重要載體。在教學(xué)時我經(jīng)常嘗試以下方法：（1）利用身邊真實(shí)的生活情景教學(xué)真實(shí)的語言。如在教授IhaveabagA部
分Let’stalk時，我指著一名學(xué)生的書包問;“Wow!Anewschoolbag!What’sinyourbag?”教師疑問的表情加上看的動作，使學(xué)生很容易就理解了這句話，對回答有困難的學(xué)生，我?guī)退ㄋ┠贸鲆槐緯�，如“AnEnglishbook...”并示意說出其他書和文具的名字。練習(xí)幾次之后我設(shè)計(jì)了一個Guessinggame的游戲來提高學(xué)習(xí)的興趣。比如：“Wow,Her/Hisbagisbeautiful.What’sinher/hisbag?Canyouguess?”用這種方法可以提高學(xué)生練習(xí)對話的頻率，學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)起來既輕松又有效。（2）合理利用教學(xué)資源，豐富對話教學(xué).在課堂教學(xué)中，有時要受到時空的限制，無法把真實(shí)情景帶到課堂。在這種情況下，我會運(yùn)用教材配套的資源包，再現(xiàn)教學(xué)情境，做到聲像結(jié)合，圖文并茂。并在操練環(huán)節(jié)設(shè)計(jì)“我是小演員”或“我是小小配音員”等有趣的活動，以此來激發(fā)學(xué)生參與的熱情，提高學(xué)習(xí)效果。（3）Let’slearnmore部分教學(xué)與閱讀和作文教學(xué)相結(jié)合。六年級兩冊課本Let’slearnmore部分絕大多數(shù)以短文方式呈現(xiàn)，在初步感知文本時，我會出示相應(yīng)的問題培養(yǎng)學(xué)生的閱讀習(xí)慣。如在學(xué)習(xí)六年級上冊第三單元Let’slearnmore部分短文Carefor“motherearth”時,我在白板上出示的問題是這樣的：Question1:Whatbadthingsdowedotoourearth?Question2:Whatshouldwedo?
讓學(xué)生帶著問題聽、讀短文，了解短文大意，增強(qiáng)閱讀水平。
新版教材的編排以主題為單元，在每單元學(xué)習(xí)結(jié)束之后，我
讓同學(xué)們進(jìn)行一次習(xí)作，熟能生巧，排除作文的畏難情緒。
三、加強(qiáng)輔導(dǎo)，查缺補(bǔ)漏。

Christmas Day
Christmas Day falls on the twenty-fifth of December. It is a very happy day for many boys and girls . Before the term ends in some schools , the children act a nativity or “birth” play, showing how Jesus was born in a stable.
On the twenty-fourth of December, all children are very excited. Usually they are sent to bed early so that their parents can get the presents ready. The younger children think that Father Christmas will come down the chimney or fireplace , so they hang up a sock for him to put presents in. The greedy ones even hang up a pillow-case or a sack to try to get more presents. Later that night, Father or Mother will put presents in the sock, and leave others at the side of the bed.
On Christmas morning, the children wake up very early. Some even turn on the light at two o'clock, and most of them are awake by six o'clock although it is not light in England for another hour or two at this time of the year.Children look for their presents , and the young ones play while the dinner is prepared. At about one o'clock in the afternoon, the Christmas dinner is brought in . The turkey or chicken is quickly eaten . Children search in their Christmas pudding for new coins which are hidden in it . The rest of the day is full of games and eating until the happiest of all Christmas hollidays comes to an end.
Christmas Is Coming
I like Christmas, it is just like our Spring Festival.
Maybe the Spring Festival is much more important and interesting than Christmas, but I like Christmas Day better. Because we can spend time with our friends and classmates during Christmas. When it is snowy, Christmas becomes much more lovely, just like in fairytales. I can imagine I am in a fairytale, the girl who sold the matches is my friend, the ugly duck becoming more and more beautiful and so on. What a beautiful place!
