1. Leaning Back too much you come off lazy or arrogant.
過度向后倚靠使你看起來很懶惰或自大。
2. Leaning forward can seem aggressive. Aim for a neutral posture.
身體前傾看起來有挑釁的意味。應(yīng)該換一個(gè)更中立的姿勢。
3. Breaking eye contact too soon can make you seem untrustworthy or overly nervous. Hold eye contact a hair longer, especially during a handshake.
眼神接觸時(shí)間太短會(huì)使你看起來不可信或過度緊張。應(yīng)保持稍長時(shí)間的眼神接觸,特別是在握手的時(shí)候。
4. Nodding too much can make you look like a bobble head doll! Even if you agree with whats being said, nod once and then try to remain still.
點(diǎn)頭太頻繁會(huì)讓你看起來像一個(gè)點(diǎn)頭玩偶!即使你同意對(duì)方所說的,點(diǎn)一次頭并試著保持靜止就可以了。
5. Chopping or pointing with your hands feels aggressive.
打斷別人說話或用手指著對(duì)方會(huì)看起來很挑釁。
6. Crossing your arms makes you look defensive, especially when youre answering questions. Try to keep your arms at your sides.

7. Fidgeting instantly telegraphs how nervous you are. Avoid it at all costs.

8. Holding your hands behind your back (or firmly in your pockets) can look rigid and stiff. Aim for a natural, hands at your sides posture.

9. Looking up or looking around is a natural cue that someone is lying or not being themselves. Try to hold steady eye contact.

10. Staring can be interpreted as aggressive. Theres a fine line between holding someones gaze and staring them down.

13. Your fingers or holding palms up looks like a begging position and conveys weakness.

14. Standing with hands on hips is an aggressive posture, like a bird or a dog puffing themselves up to look bigger.

15. Checking your phone or watch says you want to be somewhere else. Plus, its just bad manners.

守則2. Avoid noise and distractions at work! Watch the volume of your voice!
避免噪音和干擾!任何時(shí)候,無論是講話,還是接電話,還是做其他的事情,都要控制自己講話的音量!
Remember to create a quiet work environment and avoid doing things that pollute the office environment! 你要注意,聲音會(huì)嚴(yán)重影響到辦公環(huán)境,當(dāng)心不經(jīng)意的行為影響到周圍同事對(duì)你的態(tài)度!
守則3. Never talk with your mouth full!
永遠(yuǎn)不要嘴里一邊塞滿食物,一邊還在滔滔不絕,大聲說笑。這些都被視為職場上不專業(yè)的行為。
Please note, good table manners reflect your personality in many occasions! 不要小看餐桌禮儀,它可以透露出一個(gè)人真實(shí)的個(gè)性。
守則4. Take lunch only during the assigned hour and avoid eating at your desk!
在公司規(guī)定午餐時(shí)間里用餐,如果有同事或者客戶在你的辦公室里,最好不要在辦公桌前用餐。雖然何時(shí)何地用餐是你的`自由,但在規(guī)定的午餐時(shí)間里,如果沒有十分迫切的工作,最好和同事一道用餐,順便交流溝通。否則,大家都用餐回來,你卻在外用餐,一旦有人找你,或者客戶來電,就會(huì)出現(xiàn)尷尬的局面。

守則5. Avoid bad habits and unconscious movements on the job!
不要將一些個(gè)人壞習(xí)慣和下意識(shí)的動(dòng)作帶到職場上!許多個(gè)人習(xí)慣你也許不以為然,比如說,咬指甲(biting your nails), 摳鼻子(picking your nose)。但辦公室是一個(gè)公共場合,這些不雅的行為往往讓你專業(yè)形象大打折扣。
Please make sure to keep your hands away from your face! 摒棄那些惱人的壞習(xí)慣吧!盡量不要在公共場合折騰你的面部。
守則6. Avoid habitual tardiness. Its important to show good behavior at work!
要避免習(xí)慣性拖拉作風(fēng),工作時(shí)好好表現(xiàn)十分重要!
Keep in mind that tardiness can have a big impact on workplace relations and make you miss out on a lot of good opportunities! 請(qǐng)牢記,拖拉作風(fēng)會(huì)影響你的人際關(guān)系,更可能會(huì)讓你錯(cuò)失職業(yè)生涯發(fā)展的良機(jī)!
守則7. Stay away from talking your career aspirations and personal goals!
職場上,盡量避免談?wù)摵头窒碛嘘P(guān)你的職業(yè)抱負(fù)和目標(biāo)的話題!這樣的話題會(huì)讓同事和公司懷疑你的職業(yè)忠誠度,影響你的發(fā)展前程。此外,還有許多話題屬于職場禁忌的范疇,包括個(gè)人隱私、宗教、健康等話題。不要將工作和個(gè)人生活混為一談,要清楚它們之間的界限。
Again, be careful with your language in the workplace and try to avoid those types of topics as much as possible! 注意你的用語,遠(yuǎn)離忌諱話題,會(huì)讓你的工作更加容易和輕松。
守則8. Sit up straight at your desk, and it can also help boost your confidence!
俗話說,坐有坐相,站有站姿!良好坐姿也會(huì)提升你的自信!想象一下,你的同事是否會(huì)對(duì)一個(gè)坐在電腦前,縮著脖子,弓著腰的人留下好印象?
For sure, confidence is everything! If you have confidence, everything will work out! 沒錯(cuò),自信決定一個(gè)人的成敗與否。
