個(gè)人簡(jiǎn)歷上的內(nèi)容很多都是相同的,像是基本的檔案,教育信息,還有工作經(jīng)驗(yàn),一般來(lái)說(shuō)是同一個(gè)人,這些內(nèi)容就都是一樣。但是,在投遞個(gè)人簡(jiǎn)歷的時(shí)候,也不能在一家公司投遞同樣一份個(gè)人簡(jiǎn)歷。
首先,個(gè)人簡(jiǎn)歷的壽命周期非常短
個(gè)人簡(jiǎn)歷的壽命周期非常短,一般只有一分多鐘,如果在這一分多鐘內(nèi)目標(biāo)用人單位并沒(méi)有看中,那么就表示這份個(gè)人簡(jiǎn)歷已經(jīng)失去了自身的`價(jià)值。 如果想要重復(fù)投遞,再來(lái)一次就要重新撰寫(xiě)個(gè)人簡(jiǎn)歷。
其次,投遞的個(gè)人簡(jiǎn)歷質(zhì)量要提高
既然這份簡(jiǎn)歷投遞之后并沒(méi)有得到認(rèn)可,就說(shuō)明這份個(gè)人簡(jiǎn)歷不合格,或者說(shuō)其中沒(méi)有吸引對(duì)方的重點(diǎn)。像這樣的個(gè)人簡(jiǎn)歷,也是有問(wèn)題的個(gè)人簡(jiǎn)歷的即便是再重新投遞,依然是不能通過(guò)。想要求職成功可以重復(fù)投遞,但是必須要保證個(gè)人簡(jiǎn)歷的質(zhì)量有所增長(zhǎng)。
最后,同一份個(gè)人簡(jiǎn)歷多投也會(huì)引起對(duì)方反感
相信很多人在與人聊天的時(shí)候,也都非常不喜歡自動(dòng)回復(fù),會(huì)有一種不被重視的感覺(jué)。投遞相同的個(gè)人簡(jiǎn)歷也是如此,不僅不能起到效果,反而有可能會(huì)起到反效果,進(jìn)而也影響以后的求職。
