  一、真實性

  簡歷是給企業(yè)的第一張"名片",不可以撒謊,更不可以摻假,但可以進(jìn)行優(yōu)化處理。專家說,優(yōu)化不等于摻假,即可以選擇把強(qiáng)項進(jìn)行突出,將弱勢進(jìn)行忽略。比如一個應(yīng)屆畢業(yè)大學(xué)生,可以重點(diǎn)突出在校時的學(xué)生會工作和實習(xí)、志愿者、支教等工作經(jīng)歷,不單單是陳述這些經(jīng)歷本身,更重要的是提煉出自己從中得到了什么具有價值的經(jīng)驗,而這些收獲能在今后持續(xù)發(fā)揮效用。如此一來,HR便不會用"應(yīng)屆生沒有工作經(jīng)驗"為由而拒你于千里之外了。

  二、針對性

  做簡歷時可以事先結(jié)合職業(yè)規(guī)劃確定出自己的求職目標(biāo),做出有針對性的版本,運(yùn)用專門的語言對不同企業(yè)進(jìn)行求職遞送簡歷,這樣做往往更容易得到HR的認(rèn)可,而不是看著千篇一律的海投簡歷感覺到索然無味。

  三、價值性

  把最有價值的內(nèi)容放在簡歷中,無關(guān)痛癢的不需要浪費(fèi)篇幅,使用語言講究平實、客觀和精練,太感性的`描述不宜出現(xiàn)。通常簡歷的篇幅為A4紙版面1-2頁,不宜過長,內(nèi)容不能只有一頁半、半頁,最好能整理成一頁。簡歷中盡量提供能夠證明自己工作業(yè)績的量化數(shù)據(jù),比如拓展了多少個新的市場客戶,年銷售業(yè)績達(dá)到多少萬元,每年發(fā)表學(xué)術(shù)論文多少篇等。最好還可以提供能夠提高職業(yè)含金量的成功經(jīng)歷,比如完成了一個很難的項目,拿下了一個很大的客戶等。對于自己獨(dú)有的經(jīng)歷一定要保留,在著名公司工作、參加著名培訓(xùn)、與著名人物接觸等都可以重點(diǎn)突出處理。

  四、條理性

  將公司可能雇傭你的理由用自己過去的經(jīng)歷有條理的表達(dá)出來,最重點(diǎn)的內(nèi)容有:個人基本資料、工作經(jīng)歷(職責(zé)和業(yè)績)、教育與培訓(xùn)經(jīng)歷,次重要的信息有:職業(yè)目標(biāo)(這個一定要標(biāo)示出來)、核心技能、背景概述、語言與計算機(jī)能力以及獎勵和榮譽(yù)信息,其它的信息可不作展示,對于自己的最閃光點(diǎn)可以點(diǎn)到即止,不要過于詳細(xì),留在面試時再作詳盡的展開
