求職應(yīng)聘英文面試技巧
●英文的面試問題類型有限：大部分問題可以預(yù)測。
●面談時間不長：英語面試一般不會超過10分鐘，求職者回答的時間有限。
●回答內(nèi)容比較固定：大部分提問都對應(yīng)較為穩(wěn)妥的回答，求職者有充分的時間準(zhǔn)備。
●招聘方的考查目的：對程序員的英語要求在于能讀、能寫、能交流。
本章列出一些常見的英文問題及參考回答，同時還提供了許多面試中常見的英語詞匯供參考。
1英文面試過程和技巧
自我介紹時應(yīng)該記住3P原則：Positive(自信)，Personal(個性)，Pertinent(中肯)。
●談吐自信，就是要積極地進(jìn)行自我肯定，讓面試官充分了解求職者的優(yōu)點與潛能。
●突出個性，就是要把自己與眾不同的特點發(fā)揮出來，強(qiáng)調(diào)自己的專業(yè)與能力。
●語言中肯，就是要實事求是，不要言過其辭，夸夸其談，也不要涉及與工作無關(guān)的事情。
自我介紹應(yīng)簡潔明了，給面試官留下思路清晰、反應(yīng)快捷、邏輯性強(qiáng)的印象。自我介紹時間不宜太長，最好控制在五分鐘之內(nèi)，以免言多語失。
另外，在自我介紹時應(yīng)避免過多地使用I(我)，每個句子一開頭就冒出一個I字，會給人留下自我標(biāo)榜、以自我為中心的印象。靈活的應(yīng)聘者往往會把以I開頭的話，變成You字開頭。
下面是一些面試中的注意事項
(1)自我介紹不要面面俱到。
自我介紹時首先用一句話陳述自己的基本特征，然后迅速進(jìn)入正題，選擇自己最引以為傲的經(jīng)歷敘述。切記，面試官一般會承接求職者的自我介紹發(fā)問，所以在做自我介紹時最好不要涉及特別難講清楚的事情或者比較抽象的概念。
(2)忌語速過快。
劍橋大學(xué)的一項調(diào)查顯示，語速快一般體現(xiàn)不同的人具備的兩種不同特質(zhì)，一種是思維和語言反應(yīng)能力強(qiáng)且協(xié)調(diào)的人，另一種是處事急躁的人。英文面試的第一目的是讓招聘方了解求職者，最重要的是展示綜合素質(zhì)，絕非單單的語言能力，所以面試中應(yīng)該首先力求表達(dá)清晰。另外，語速過快容易給人不自信、不穩(wěn)重的感覺。
(3)語言盡量簡單直接。
習(xí)慣于堆砌華麗詞藻的人期待在面試中用大氣磅礴的英文演講征服面試官，其實犯了舍本逐末的錯誤。虛擬語氣、倒裝句和長詞冗句不要在面試中使用太多. 2英文面試常見問題和答案

B、關(guān)于個人(About Person)
有時候招聘方會提到有關(guān)求職者的個人信息的話題，以此判斷求職者是否符合他們的要求。例如有些工作需要方言和人脈，適合本地人來做;有些工作需要經(jīng)常出差，單身的人就有優(yōu)勢。但是有些問題涉及到個人隱私，求職者不方便回答，例如招聘方問：I noticed youre wearing a wedding ring. Do you have any children這時最好的回答就是Why do you ask這樣可以掌握主動，了解招聘方真正的意圖，也許招聘方只是想知道求職者是否能長時間留在他們公司。
面試?yán)}15：What leadership qualities did you develop as an administrative personnel (作為行政人員，你有什么樣的領(lǐng)導(dǎo)才能)答案I feel that learning how to motivate people and to work together as a team will be the major goal of my leadership. 面試?yán)}20：Whats your greatest weakness (你最大的缺點是什么)答案西方老板特別愛問這個問題，讓求職者感到很緊張。事實上，這個問題是考查求職者對棘手問題的反應(yīng)。你沒必要如實回答你的弱點，因為那有可能讓你得不到這份工作。相反，你可以告訴他們一些與工作不直接相關(guān)的事情。

C、關(guān)于未來(About Future)
有時候招聘方會問求職者有關(guān)未來的問題，目的就是了解應(yīng)聘者做事的風(fēng)格，以及應(yīng)聘者對這份工作的看法。當(dāng)然由于求職者還不是很了解自己所應(yīng)聘的工作，因此在回答問題時并不一定面面俱到，大致說明自己的計劃目標(biāo)就好了。
面試?yán)}24：Could you project what you would like to be doing five years from now (你能預(yù)料五年后你會做什么嗎)
答案As I have some software management experience in my last job, I may use my organizational and planning skills in the future. (我在上一個工作中積累了一些軟件管理經(jīng)驗，我將來也許要運(yùn)用我組織和計劃上的經(jīng)驗和技巧。)
I hope to demonstrate my ability and talents in my field adequately. (我希望能充分展示我在這個行業(yè)的能力和智慧。) Perhaps, an opportunity at a management position would be exciting. (也許有機(jī)會，我將會從事管理工作。)
如果不愿正面回答，也可以說：It would be premature for me to predict this.(現(xiàn)在對此問題的預(yù)測，尚嫌過早。)
