回答面試官問(wèn)題的技巧
(1) 把握重點(diǎn),簡(jiǎn)捷明了,條理清楚,有理有據(jù)。一般情況下回答問(wèn)題要結(jié)論在先,議論在后,先將自己的中心意思表達(dá)清晰,然后再做敘述和論證。否則,長(zhǎng)篇大論,會(huì)讓人不得要領(lǐng)。面試時(shí)間有限,神經(jīng)有些緊張,多余的話太多,容易走題,反倒會(huì)將主題沖淡或漏掉。
(2) 講清原委,避免抽象。用人單位提問(wèn)總是想了解一些應(yīng)試者的具體情況,切不可簡(jiǎn)單地僅以“是”和“否”作答。應(yīng)針對(duì)所提問(wèn)題的不同,有的需要解釋原因,有的需要說(shuō)明程度。不講原委,過(guò)于抽象的回答,往往不會(huì)給主試者留下具體的印象。
(3) 確認(rèn)提問(wèn)內(nèi)容,切忌答非所問(wèn)。面試中,如果對(duì)用人單位提出的問(wèn)題,一時(shí)摸不到邊際,以致不知從何答起或難以理解對(duì)方問(wèn)題的含義時(shí),可將問(wèn)題復(fù)述一遍,并先 談自己對(duì)這一問(wèn)題的理解,請(qǐng)教對(duì)方以確認(rèn)內(nèi)容。對(duì)不太明確的問(wèn)題,一定要搞清楚,這樣才會(huì)有的放矢,不致答非所問(wèn)。
(4) 有個(gè)人見解,有個(gè)人特色。用人單位有時(shí)接待應(yīng)試者若干名,相同的問(wèn)題問(wèn)若干遍,類似的回答也要聽若干遍。因此,用人單位會(huì)有乏味、枯燥之感。只有具有獨(dú)到的個(gè)人見解和個(gè)人特色的回答,才會(huì)引起對(duì)方的興趣和注意。
(5) 知之為知之,不知為不知。面試遇到自己不知、不懂、不會(huì)的問(wèn)題時(shí),回避閃爍,默不作聲,牽強(qiáng)附會(huì),不懂裝懂的做法均不足取,誠(chéng)懇坦率地承認(rèn)自己的不足之處,反倒會(huì)贏得主試者的信任和好感。
面試常見問(wèn)題的回答技巧
1、 請(qǐng)你做一下自我介紹?
回答提示:一般人回答這個(gè)問(wèn)題過(guò)于平常,只說(shuō)姓名、年齡、愛好、工作經(jīng)驗(yàn),這些在簡(jiǎn)歷上都有。其實(shí),企業(yè)最希望知道的是求職者能否勝任工作,包括:最強(qiáng)的技能、最深入研究的知識(shí)領(lǐng)域、性格中最積極的部分、做過(guò)的最成功的事,主要的成就等,這些回答關(guān)于學(xué)習(xí)或者生活都可以,但要突出積極的個(gè)性和做事的能力,說(shuō)得合情合理企業(yè)才會(huì)相信。企業(yè)很重視一個(gè)人的禮貌,求職者要尊重考官,要在自我介紹結(jié)束后說(shuō)一句“謝謝”。
2、 你覺(jué)得你最大的優(yōu)點(diǎn)是什么?
回答提示:沉著冷靜、條理清楚、立場(chǎng)堅(jiān)定、頑強(qiáng)向上、樂(lè)于助人和關(guān)心他人、適應(yīng)能力和幽默感、樂(lè)觀和友愛。我在LAMP兄弟連經(jīng)過(guò)五個(gè)月的高強(qiáng)度培訓(xùn)及項(xiàng)目實(shí)戰(zhàn),使我適合這份工作。要例舉具體的優(yōu)點(diǎn),如:做事認(rèn)真、抗壓能力強(qiáng)、樂(lè)于助人、學(xué)習(xí)能力強(qiáng)等,然后要舉實(shí)例證明這也是最重要的一點(diǎn)。
3、 說(shuō)說(shuō)你最大的缺點(diǎn)?
回答提示:這個(gè)問(wèn)題企業(yè)問(wèn)的概率很大,通常不希望聽到直接回答的缺點(diǎn)是什么,如果求職者說(shuō)自己有強(qiáng)迫癥、愛忌妒人、非常懶、脾氣大、工作效率低,那么肯定不會(huì)被企業(yè)錄用。絕對(duì)不要自作聰明地回答“我最大的缺點(diǎn)是過(guò)于追求完美”,有的人以為這樣回答會(huì)顯得自己比較出色,但事實(shí)上,他已經(jīng)岌岌可危了。企業(yè)喜歡求職者從自己的優(yōu)點(diǎn)說(shuō)起,中間加一些小缺點(diǎn),最后再把問(wèn)題轉(zhuǎn)回到優(yōu)點(diǎn)上,突出優(yōu)點(diǎn)的部分;卮饦颖荆何移綍r(shí)比較愛忘事,然后我通過(guò)寫便條來(lái)提醒我自己什么時(shí)候該做什么事。
4、 你對(duì)加班的看法?
回答提示:實(shí)際上好多公司問(wèn)這個(gè)問(wèn)題,并不證明一定要加班,只是想測(cè)試你是否愿意為公司奉獻(xiàn)。
回答樣本:如果是工作需要我會(huì)義不容辭加班,我現(xiàn)在單身,沒(méi)有任何家庭負(fù)擔(dān),可以全身心的投入工作。但同時(shí),我也會(huì)提高工作效率,減少不必要的加班。
5、 如何安排自己的時(shí)間?會(huì)不會(huì)排斥加班?
回答提示:基本上,如果上班工作有效率,工作量合理的話,應(yīng)該不太需要加班?墒俏乙仓烙袝r(shí)候很難避免加班,加上現(xiàn)在工作都采用責(zé)任制,所以我會(huì)調(diào)配自己的時(shí)間,全力配合。
分析:雖然不會(huì)有人心甘情愿的加班,但依舊要表現(xiàn)出高配合度的誠(chéng)意。
6、 在五年的時(shí)間內(nèi),你的職業(yè)規(guī)劃?
回答提示:一般公司高管或者副總喜歡問(wèn)個(gè)人職業(yè)規(guī)劃方面的問(wèn)題。當(dāng)然,說(shuō)出其他一些你感興趣的職位也是可以的,比如產(chǎn)品銷售部經(jīng)理,生產(chǎn)部經(jīng)理等一些與你的專業(yè)有相關(guān)背景的工作。要知道,考官總是喜歡有進(jìn)取心的應(yīng)聘者,此時(shí)如果說(shuō)“不知道”,或許就會(huì)使你喪失一個(gè)好機(jī)會(huì)。最普通的回答應(yīng)該是“我準(zhǔn)備在技術(shù)領(lǐng)域有所作為”或“我希望能按照公司的管理思路發(fā)展”。能把職業(yè)規(guī)劃分成幾部分去完成,比如1個(gè)月、三個(gè)月、半年、1年以至3年的具體發(fā)展目標(biāo)和實(shí)施方案。
