　　It is universally acknowledged that innovation refers to being creative, unique and different. In fact, today it is impossibly difficult for us to image a 21st century without innovation.

　　We should place a high value on innovation firstly because innovative spirit can enable an individual to ameliorate himself, so he can be equipped with capacity to see what others cannot see, be qualified for future career promotion, and be ready for meeting the forthcoming challenges. What’s more, we ought to attach importance to the role played by innovation in economic advancement. Put it another way, in this ever-changing world, innovation to economic growth is what water is to fish. To sum up, if innovation misses our attention in any possible way, we will suffer a great loss beyond imagination.

　　In order to encourage innovation, it is wise for us to take some feasible measures. For example, mass media should greatly publicize the significance of creative spirit and encourage the public to cultivate awareness of innovation. Besides, those who manage to innovate should be awarded generous prize. Though there is a long way ahead to go, I am firmly certain that the shared efforts will be paid off.

　　一、背誦必不可少

　　寫作的過程最后是一個輸出的過程，它跟同學們大腦的語料庫的積累，還有英文素材的積累和長期的修養(yǎng)是密不可分的。寫作就跟銀行存錢一樣，零存整取，一點點的存進去，最后取出來的時候可以一大把一大把的取。如果我們平時背范文、背句子、背單詞、背語法、背句型、背結構背得少，考前也沒有進行練習的話，那考試中肯定會遇到很多的困難。所以這里建議大家去背誦考前背誦范文，背五篇左右是打底的，背到滾瓜爛熟，脫口而出。

　　挑代表性范文

　　考前應該大范圍的`進行準備，而不是把題目押到一兩個上面。但是也不要求全部背誦，只要把里面的作文大部分進行精讀和預覽就可以了，可以挑出代表題型，圖畫作文、英語作文、還有圖表作文以及提綱作文，至少每種各背一篇或者兩篇，加在一起背五到八篇的范文就可以了。

　　二、背誦加默寫

　　范文內容很多也很枯燥，大家背了之后不一定會寫，會寫不一定能寫的粗來，所以大量的背誦之后，還要在草稿紙上，筆記本上自己練一下。將背誦的內容訴至筆下，只需要這一遍的過程這篇內容就會在腦海里留下深刻印象，考生便無需再擔心背完又忘了的煩惱，同時一些常見的固定組合或者語法在默寫的過程中也會無形加深了印象。

　　默寫后查缺補漏

　　在默寫的過程中可能大家不會意識到自己出的錯，但是拿默寫的內容與原文比對時就很輕松可以發(fā)現(xiàn)存在的一些問題，包括拼寫錯誤、語法錯誤、甚至是標點符號的失誤，這是一個查缺補漏的好時機，爭取在考試之前就把這些自己習慣性會犯的錯誤檢查修改掉，考試中獲得分數(shù)的可能性就更大了。

　　三、仿寫練習

　　仿寫就是讓自己進入一個臨考的狀態(tài)，感受一下。因為作文是是考試的第一項，作文如果沒有寫好可能會影響后面的發(fā)揮和分數(shù)，所以建議考生在上考場之前，把作文先練一下，這樣進入考試之后可能會更快的進入狀態(tài)。

　　分類提煉框架

　　仿寫的過程無非就是把背過的范文去提煉出一些固定的框架。不同的文章類型，社會正面類型的文章、社會負面類型的文章跟個人相關的人生哲理類的文章，不的出題方式的寫作框架不一樣。那可以把框架給提煉固定下來，然后在考試之前找一個話題去用這個框架承載一些專門的語言內容，寫出一篇自己獨立創(chuàng)作的文章。時間控制在30分鐘之內，四級的考生字數(shù)寫到160到180，六級的考生字數(shù)寫到180到200個字就可以了。

　　As far as I am concerned, we should all have the notion of being the participants of supporting creation. First of all, creation is the most vital factor to improve the inner competitiveness of our nation. For another, it is certain that creation is so essential that enables many people to find their positions in the company and careers in their lives.

　　Measures are also needed to encourage creation. First and foremost, the government should establish certain rules to sweep up the obstacles of invention. Some people have already complained much about complicated procedure of patent applications or high fees to do experiments of inventions. Additionally, high schools and universities can provide students with scholarships or overseas learning opportunities, which will stimulate more youngsters to join the group of invention and innovation.

　　According to the picture, an employer turns down a job applicant, for his degree is less advanced than the other applicants, even though he has a good resume. Actually, what’s behind the cartoon is the tendency that employers focus on academic performance when hiring.

　　No one disputes that a college or higher degree opens doors. Despite that, as far as I’m concerned, academic degree should not be the primary criteria in selecting talents. First of all, academic degrees only represent the applicants’ proficiency in their school work, and cannot demonstrate their personality or other abilities. For instance, the responsibility of a human resources manager is to deal with people, and thus it requires advanced people skill which is by no means shown in the diploma. Second, emphasis on degrees may stall the development of the company. They will lose real talents if they judge people only by their educational background, while it is often the case that college drop-outs like Bill Gates, Michael Dell, Steve Jobs, etc., run wildly successful enterprises.

　　Therefore, instead of running after applicants with higher degrees, companies should become more concerned about what it takes to do the job and what a college education actually provides.
