　　"Take into account sth"短語似乎又比上句的"take sth into consideration"提升了一個(gè)層次。

　　再特意提一句："we'd better"在這里不是“不得不”或“最好”的意思，而是一種自然而然，水到渠成的得出結(jié)論。
